Kyaia was one of the 63 European partners involved in the CEC-made-shoe project, a new footwear concept. The results of this project were presented in Paredes de Coura, at the company’s facilities.
“Green Islands” is the name of an innovative project that may change the way that the Azores Islands use their energy resources. The aim with this project is to find new methods to take advantage of the region’s natural resources in order to guarantee its energy autonomy. The islands chosen for this experimental stage of the initiative were the Flores and S. Miguel islands.

Fibersensing is committed to implement its technology in the Portuguese project for the HST (high speed train) that includes the crossing over the Tejo/Tagus River. “Above all, this will give us a large visibility”, Sérgio Anicedo stated.
