Welcome Guide
This Welcome Guide was elaborated in order to facilitate the reception and integration process of new collaborators who are, for the first time, in contact with INESC Porto.
The main aim of this Guide is to provide you with information about INESC Porto which may facilitate your integration in the Unit, Department or Service where you will carry out your activities.
This document will allow you to familiarise yourself with the organizational structure and the functioning of the institution at all levels, according to the general objectives of the institution and its strategic areas of operation.
Moreover, we hope this manual may contribute to a good work environment, which will have beneficial consequences on your performance and progress at INESC Porto.
