Welcome Guide
This Welcome Guide was developed to facilitate the reception and integration of new collaborators working with INESC Porto for the first time.
The main aim of this Guide is to provide newcomers with information about INESC Porto which may aid their integration into their respective Unit, Department or Service.
This document will allow newcomers to familiarise themselves with the organisational and operational structure of the institution on all levels, along with our general objectives and strategic areas of operation.
Moreover, we hope this manual may contribute to creating a healthy working environment, which will improve INESC Porto's performance and allow it to make progress.
