The present invention refers to an automated system for handling and distribution of products in its manufacturing process and to a multi-ring modular system with an overtaking system, allowing to supply the workstations in a flexible and automated manner, making it possible to manufacture products simultaneously with several operative ranges without throttling or productivity losses.
The system is based in a modular frame, comprising curve modules, workstation modules, straight modules, transfer modules, association station modules, pallets, interconnection between sections modules, and a set of complementary components, all incorporated in an articulated form between them. All the system is further controlled and managed by computer software and a programmable automated robot that assures the automated movement and distribution of the products running in the several workstations.
